Pregnancy is much more than growing a baby, it’s the ‘becoming’ of you as a mother. Whether this is your first time or you're welcoming another soul earth side, this offering invites you to pause, breathe and be deeply supported through the sacred rite of life-bringing.

Held in the peaceful intimacy of Luana Studio, this weekly gathering is a sanctuary - a space to soften into yourself, reconnect with your body and feel the presence of your growing baby. Together, we’ll slow down and return to the still point within… the one that’s always been there, waiting for you.

Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness - a transformational practice for real people living real lives. It helps you meet the world with clarity, resilience and grace.
