Kundalini Yoga Classes
Feel calmer, stronger and more connected — from the inside out.
Weekly classes weave together breath, movement, meditation and deep rest to support the nervous system, build resilience and bring greater balance to body and mind.
Sometimes life can leave us feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, depleted or disconnected from ourselves. Through a regular practice, many women notice they feel calmer, sleep more deeply, move through life with greater ease and feel more connected to themselves again.
Beginners are warmly welcome.

Return to Rhythm
6-week Yoga Therapy Journey - Breath, Sound and Movement as Medicine
Return to Rhythm is my signature yoga therapy journey for women navigating stress, overwhelm, hormonal shifts, motherhood, emotional fatigue, transition, or simply a longing to feel more grounded and connected again.
At the heart of this experience is a gentle six-part unfolding, offering both support and spaciousness. There is a softly held rhythm — one that honours where you are, while gently supporting what is ready to emerge.
Pause - slowing down enough to notice what is truly here.
Restore - rebuilding steadiness, energy and nervous system support.
Reconnect - returning to your body, intuition, rhythm and self-trust.
Release - letting go of old patterns and ways of being that no longer serve.
Align - creating a more sustainable and supportive way of living.
Become - embodying a steadier, more vital version of yourself.
This is not about becoming someone new. It is about gently returning to the woman you already are beneath the overwhelm, expectations and disconnection — creating meaningful, lasting change from the inside out.
Offered in both group and one to one settings.
Nourish the body, mind and soul. Click below find out more.
Seeds of Prosperity
The Art of Receiving - With Nic Luana + Ruth Holden
A Kundalini Yoga, Tea & Sound Immersion
Mid-winter can sometimes invite us inward, leaving us longing for greater energy, clarity and connection.
Held within The Sound Temple, Seeds of Prosperity is an intimate, retreat-style immersion centred around prosperity beyond money — and what it means to feel deeply supported by life.
Through tea ceremony, Kundalini Yoga, breathwork, meditation, mantra, sound and nourishment, we’ll gently open to greater vitality, trust, ease and possibility.
Together, we’ll move between moments of activation and deep rest — balancing masculine and feminine energies, expanding our capacity to receive, and creating space to feel more nurtured, supported and connected to life.
A nourishing potluck lunch will be shared together as part of the day.
This is a space to soften, receive and reconnect with yourself. No previous Kundalini Yoga experience needed — beginners warmly welcome.
Sunday 9 August • 10am-2.30pm • The Sound Temple • $195

Pregnancy Yoga Circle
A six-week journey to nourish, soften and return to stillness.
Pregnancy is much more than growing a baby, it’s the becoming of you as a mother. Whether this is your first time or you're welcoming another soul earthside, this offering invites you to pause, breathe and feel deeply supported through the sacredness of life-bringing.
Held in the peaceful setting of Luana Studio, this weekly gathering offers space to soften, tune into your body and breath, and deepen the bond with your growing baby. A chance to return to steadiness, calm and a deeper sense of self.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness and during pregnancy, it becomes a powerful ally for emotional balance, nervous system regulation and deepening trust in your inner wisdom.

Reflections from the mat…
Before coming to class I was experiencing overwhelm, a lack of self-care, and looking to connect with like-minded people in a new community.
I’ve noticed greater belief in my own ability, an increase in physical strength, being better at breathing and not taking on as much stress when practising regularly.
I leave class feeling more grounded in my body, content, stronger mentally and physically, connected to a beautiful community, and a sense of stillness.
I value how every kriya is clearly curated with a playlist, explanation of the benefits and variety, and that I can show up exactly where I’m at without judgement.

What I value most is that Nic creates a space that feels integral and safe, spiritually and emotionally — where you can come exactly as you are. Whether in deep grief, deep joy, or everything in between, it is all welcomed.
During a time of perimenopause symptoms, stress, emotional overwhelm and physical pain, Kundalini Yoga supported me in moving through huge upheaval and meeting life’s challenges with more grace and expansiveness. I feel more embodied, integrated, grounded and connected.
- Marijke
I was curious to experience Kundalini Yoga, while also practising Ashtanga Yoga. Since coming to class, I’ve discovered perseverance, stamina and strength in places and ways I didn’t know in my body, soul and mind before.
I leave class feeling elevated, happy, strong and ready for the day and all its challenges and surprises. I value Nic’s way of guiding and adaptability — caring love is deeply felt and nourished, and her voice is soft but clear at the same time.
- Flavia
I was experiencing a lack of self-care. Since coming to class, I’ve noticed a greater connection to self and usually leave feeling grounded.
What has surprised me most is the simplicity of some of the postures and how deeply they work. I love the chanting and how much better my spine feels, and attending classes definitely inspires my practice outside of class. I’ve learnt great, simple, applicable tools for at home.

At the time I found Nic, I was in a very overwhelmed place. The first few classes brought tears and release, a deep remembrance and moments of bliss. I leave class feeling uplifted, calm, centred and deeply alive.
I value the gentleness and strength of support, the variety of kriya, and the time and care Nic puts into crafting classes. My life is much calmer when I’m regularly attending Kundalini classes.
- Ruth
What has surprised me most about Kundalini Yoga is how strong I am — mind and body. I’ve deepened my knowing that I can do hard things, staying present and often surprising myself with what I’m capable of.
Since coming to class, I’ve noticed less frequent infections — this has been huge for me. When my family get sick, I care for them and don’t get sick myself, which has never happened before. I put this down to strengthening my immune system, dedication to self-care and a calmer, more equanimous state through Kundalini Yoga. I am so grateful.
Nic is one of my life’s wise guides. I deeply value her intuition, calm and clear guidance, and the way she welcomes people exactly where they’re at. There is a realness in how she teaches — the sparkle in her eye, the laughter, the honesty that allows everyone to feel seen, respected and supported.
