For women navigating the fullness of life - whether it’s motherhood, hormonal shifts, the pace of modern living or the many thresholds we meet along the way.
Through breath, sound and dynamic movement, we work with the nervous system to release tension, restore balance and return to your natural rhythm. Come as you are and leave feeling steady, grounded and nourished.
You’ll be guided through a kundalini yoga practice, with time for deep rest and a long, restorative relaxation. Closing with chai, bliss balls and time to connect and share.
There’ll be space to land and integrate - you’re welcome to bring a journal to reflect on your experience.

Held in the peaceful intimacy of Luana Studio, this weekly gathering invites you to reconnect with your body and feel the presence of your growing baby. You’ll return to the still point within - the one that’s always been there, waiting for you.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness and during pregnancy, it becomes a powerful ally supporting emotional balance, nervous system regulation and a deep connection to your inner wisdom.
This is more than a yoga programme - it’s a weekly ritual of connection, calm and self care. A nurturing space alongside like-hearted women walking the same path.
